Business Development Manager (Focus on Mainland China – Women’s Accessories & AI Technology)
Job Responsibilities
Assist the senior management team in the end-to-end business development of the women’s accessories market in Mainland China, including coordinating visits by mainland industry partners, analyzing market demand, drafting research proposals, and presenting AI-driven supply chain solutions.
Establish and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the mainland women’s accessories industry, and fully leverage existing market resources.
Act as the primary contact for assigned projects: communicate regularly with cross-border stakeholders, follow up on project progress, review deliverables, and provide timely internal updates.
Provide administrative and logistical support for partner-related activities, including cross-border meetings, market research, and other arrangements.
Utilize AI image generation/design tools (such as MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, or industry-specific software) to optimize product visualization and supply chain operational efficiency for women’s accessories.
Job Requirements
Hong Kong Permanent Resident.
Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Information Technology, Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, or Supply Chain Management are preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, business liaison, client relationship management, or project coordination, with a focus on the mainland women’s accessories market and supply chain operations.
In-depth understanding of the mainland women’s accessories market landscape and supply chain ecosystem, with established industry resources and networks.
Proficient in AI image generation/design technologies to support product development and supply chain visualization.
Excellent communication skills: fluent Mandarin (essential for serving the mainland market), proficient in Cantonese and English to ensure effective cross-border and internal communication.
Meticulous and organized, with strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently; skilled in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and report writing.
Sales-oriented mindset, self-motivated, and a team player – able to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team to achieve goals.
